GLP inks 3 new China lease pacts
GLOBAL Logistic Properties (GLP) has signed three new lease agreements with three companies in China. Of the 44,000 sq m, 20,000 sq m was leased to a leading third-party logistics provider at GLP Park Yantian in Shenzhen; 13,000 sq m to a global electronics manufacturer at GLP Park Waigaoqiao in Shanghai; and 11,000 sq m to one of China's largest integrated IT services providers at GLP Park Daxing in Beijing.
