Cambodia flag carrier starts Shanghai service on Dec 26
[PHNOM PENH] Cambodia's national flag carrier Cambodia Angkor Air will start regular flights linking Cambodia to Shanghai from Dec 26, the airline said yesterday. It will operate six flights a week from Phnom Penh and Siem Reap to Shanghai using an Airbus A321 aircraft. "This new flight to Shanghai is based on the forecast about a great boom of Chinese tourists and businessmen coming to Cambodia in the next few years." With the new route, the airline will have expanded its international routes to five, linking Phnom Penh and Siem Reap to Bangkok, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Guangzhou and Shanghai. - Xinhua
