IHC names Marriott to manage KLCC apartments

CATALIST-LISTED International Healthway Corporation (IHC) has appointed Marriott International as the manager of the serviced apartments that will form part of its 33-storey integrated mixed-use development located in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC).

Kuala Lumpur's Marriott Executive Apartments (MEA KL) will form a core component of IHC's KLCC project and will take up 193,750 square feet of built-up gross floor area (GFA) of the entire project's built-up GFA of 507,648 sq ft, said the integrated healthcare services and facilities provider.
