M&L gets permission to expand Sydney hotel
It'll add third tower with 230 rooms to the 683-room Four Points by Sheraton
[SINGAPORE] Singapore-based M&L Hospitality has got the greenlight to add even more rooms and features to what is already Australia's largest hotel by number of rooms.
Yesterday, the New South Wales government approved M&L's plans to add a third tower to the Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Sydney's Darling Harbour, adding 230 rooms to its existing 683.
The tower will also add 53,800 square feet of commercial space, including Grade A offices, and 51,800 sq ft of exhibition, convention and function space.
