AS Yuuzoo Corp and its former group financial controller Thai Youn Fatt argue over the reasons for his departure, interviews with both sides reveal one catalyst for his abrupt exit: Mr Thai's refusal to sign off on the company's revenue recognition calculations.
Yuuzoo, a social commerce company, announced on Thursday that Mr Thai had ceased to be an employee as of Wednesday. Both sides disagree over the nature of his departure.
