Sinocloud expects to report net loss due to impairment losses

SINOCLOUD Group Ltd and its subsidiaries are expecting to report a net loss for fiscal year 2017, mainly due to impairment losses in relation to its investment in an associate.

The group said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Friday that it is still in the process of finalising results of the group for FY2017.

It is expected to release its unaudited financial results for FY2017 no later than May 30, 2017.
