Hong Kong: Stocks flat at open

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks opened flat Monday with markets in mainland China and the United States closed for a holiday.
The benchmark Hang Seng edged up 2.9 points to 25,642.17 in the first few minutes of trade.
