    IN A world of dizzying information, diversity of perspectives and ever-increasing complexity, we know inspiration is just around every corner. Paradoxically, however, it can be difficult to find the spark amid all the noise.

    It’s easy to get bogged down by the challenges we face – imposter syndrome, unconscious bias, stereotypes and microaggressions – with our heads down, trying to focus as the world swirls around us.

    How do we seek out inspiration and inspire others? How do we stay receptive to new ideas or insights that might guide a different path, or help us address a challenge in a new way?
