It gives a huge recognition boost to the hotel's spa, which has always been somewhat under the radar, and it is also a chance for L'Occitane fans to get a fuller experience of its products.

The spa facilities haven't been changed although the spa protocol has, in slight ways such as the scents and the soft decor - thanks to the L'Occitane input. Just like in the day spa, customers who book treatments at the spa can also have access to the gym, swimming pool and steam/sauna rooms. So visitors should make it a half or whole day spa retreat instead of just popping in for a treatment. Even the tennis courts are available for booking, but for an additional fee.
