Malaysia: Shares close lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 14.22 points to 1,566.40.

Volume was 6.535 billion lots worth RM6.373 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 869 to 367.
