Malaysia's venture capital fund invests in Indonesia unicorn Xendit
Securities Commission will review its framework for special purpose acquisition companies amid growing demand

DANA Penjana Nasional - the Malaysian government's venture capital investment fund - has invested in another unicorn, Indonesian payments start-up Xendit, said Malaysia's Finance Minister Zafrul Abdul Aziz on Tuesday.
The details of the investment amount were not disclosed, but the deal will see Xendit, a fintech unicorn, relocate its financial hub to Malaysia.
