The US dollar endures, but for how long?

Reports of the currency’s demise are greatly exaggerated

The dollar is and will remain for the foreseeable future the main store of value for global investors. Geopolitical tensions favour the greenback as investors search for a haven and further escalations do not necessarily point to an imminent weakening of its dominant position.

The greenback remains dominant

This despite growing demand for currency diversification, and is unlikely to change soon unless more radical policies are envisaged
