China securities regulator says to publish new draft rules for margin financing

Deng Ge, a spokesman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), told a press conference that the watchdog will also lower the threshold for professional investors to participate in margin financing and short selling, citing draft management rules to be published for public comment.
