HSBC Singapore names 3 senior hires for retail banking and wealth management
The bank's head of retail banking says that with its business growing, it needs to focus on excellent customer service, and to have the right products, structure and people in place

HSBC Singapore on Thursday announced three new senior appointments within its retail banking and wealth management unit.
Alice Fok has been appointed as head of customer propositions and marketing, Ranojoy Dutta as head of retail products, and Ian Yim as head of wealth and international.
Ms Fok has two decades of experience in retail banking, in areas such as marketing and customer experience, product management, data analytics and digital banking. She was previously with Citibank Singapore, most recently as director of customer franchise in consumer bank…
