HSBC Private Bank's strategy of acquiring clients from within the group is gaining momentum, said Sandeep Sharma, HSBC Private Bank's head of South-east Asia.
The strategy of focusing on these group clients, whose companies are already customers of the commercial bank, makes a lot of sense given Asean's high economic growth, said Mr Sharma.
