Nasdaq buys Deutsche Boerse's options market for US$1.1b

[CHICAGO] Nasdaq Inc agreed to buy the International Securities Exchange for US$1.1 billion, bulking up its US options business.
Nasdaq is purchasing the business from Deutsche Boerse AG, which is considering a merger with London Stock Exchange Group Plc.
