New skills framework for financial services launched
It will help Singapore realise its vision of a smart financial centre with a skilled workforce

A GUIDE that maps out the skills needed for financial professionals and institutions to progress was revealed on Friday evening, as the banking and finance industry continues to transform at breakneck pace.
Launched at the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore's (IBF) annual awards gala dinner, the Skills Framework for Financial Services sets out career pathways, job roles, skills required and training programmes available.
