SGD bond market humming with further S$1b of deals expected before year-end
2019 YTD total already ahead of that for whole of 2018; banker is forecasting another bumper year in 2020

WITH a further S$1 billion worth of new issues expected to hit the market before bankers start their Christmas festivities, the Singapore dollar bond market is in a nice canter for the final months of 2019.
A busy October has already helped raise the total for the first 10 months - S$22.4 billion - beyond the S$22.2 billion volume for the whole of 2018.
