Singapore Fintech Festival draws big names to talk Asean, financial inclusion
Singapore
PRIME Minister of India Narendra Modi and IMF's managing director Christine Lagarde are some of the luminaries expected at Singapore's third run of the Singapore Fintech Festival this year, which will take on issues of financial inclusion, artificial intelligence (AI), and the benefits of fintech for the Asean region.
This comes as, in the lead-up to the festival, more than 800 companies and some 400 investors have already enrolled in a matchmaking platform that brings together promising Asean companies with global private equity and venture capital investors.
