Small-cap companies showcase their worth
MORE than 400 high-net-worth and professional investors, brokers and fund managers gathered at the Singapore Capital Expo and Small Cap Showcase 2014 on Friday to network with senior management representatives from 28 private, pre-IPO and small-cap Australia Stock Exchange (ASX)-listed companies who showcased their investment merits.
Held at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre, the showcase introduced small-cap companies in the property, funds, life science, healthcare and technology industries.
Two SGX-listed small-cap firms - Declout and YuuZoo - were among the participating companies. The event organisers were: ShareInvestor, the financial Internet media and technology company and a subsidiary of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH); The Business Times financial daily; and Wholesale Investor, an Australian private investment platform.
