Visa raises quarterly dividend by 18%

[NEW YORK] Visa Inc, the world's largest payments network, raised its quarterly divided 18 percent to 16.5 US cents a share.
The dividend is payable on Dec 6 to owners of record as of Nov 18, the San Francisco-based firm said Tuesday in a statement. The company also said its 2017 shareholders' meeting will be held Jan 31.
