Well-off investors see S$1.38m as ideal retirement nest egg: survey

WELL-OFF investors in Singapore estimate their ideal retirement nest egg at an average of S$1.38 million, based on a survey by insurance company Friends Provident International (FPI).
The FPI survey on sentiment towards savings and investments drew responses from more than 1,000 affluent and aspiring affluent investors in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Sixty-six per cent of respondents from Singapore indicated that they do not feel financially secure or financially savvy.
