PEOPLE in Singapore bought the first BMW 2 Series Active Tourer (2AT) in droves because it was a rare combination of a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) with a Category A certificate of entitlement (COE). The Gran Tourer version's 7-seat format also scored points.
