SINGAPORE Exchange (SGX) said on Monday that 195 erroneous May 2015 Central Depository (CDP) printed statements were mailed out earlier this month.
The exchange added that the corrected statements have been mailed out on Monday, and that its customer service officers will be contacting all affected account holders to directly assist with any questions or concerns they may have.
This follows SGX's apology last week when it said that less than one per cent of some 460,000 statements for May 2015 were affected, and that the issue had arose from human error in the printing process for some statements.
