96-year-old Thai Bev director steps down
A 96-year-old director at Thai Beverage has stepped down due to his health, a regulatory filing from the beverage company showed on Friday.
Komen Tantiwiwatthanaphan, the vice-chairman of the company, resigned on July 13, the filing showed. He has been a director since 2003.
Bloomberg data showed Mr Tantiwiwatthanaphan has had 20 years of experience in managing companies in the distilling industry.
No immediate replacement was announced.
