A-Sonic Aerospace to consolidate shares

Aerospace engineering and logistics solutions provider A-Sonic Aerospace will be consolidating every four shares into one consolidated share, subject to shareholders' approval.
This will be obtained at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be convened.
A-Sonic Aerospace announced on Wednesday that it has been granted in-principle approval for the move by the Singapore Exchange.
