AA Reit unveils S$41.7m warehouse redevelopment

AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit (AA Reit) will invest S$41.7 million to redevelop two three-storey detached industrial buildings at 30 and 32 Tuas West Road into a five-storey ramp-up warehouse facility.

Indeco Engineers - a wholly owned subsidiary of mainboard-listed logistics company CWT - has been appointed to provide the design-and-build solutions, said AA Reit in a statement on Friday.
