Acquisitions boost Manulife US Reit's Q2 DPU by 17.7%
Adjusted DPU is flat due to the enlargement in unit base from preferential offering to partially fund the purchases

CONTRIBUTIONS from its newly acquired properties boosted Manulife US Reit's second-quarter distribution per unit (DPU), which rose 17.7 per cent to 1.53 US cents from 1.3 US cents in the same period last year.
The acquisitions include Centrepointe office building and 1750 Pennsylvania Avenue, both in Washington DC, and the Phipps Tower in Buckhead, Atlanta.
