PROPERTY company Astaka Holdings' requests to further defer holding its annual general meeting (AGM) and filing its annual returns have been rejected by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
The Catalist-listed firm had asked ACRA for a longer grace period till Feb 28, 2020 to hold its AGM and till March 29, 2020 for it to file its annual returns.
