Adelaide, S'pore malls boost Starhill's Q2

CONTRIBUTION from Myer Centre Adelaide, acquired last May, and the resilience of its two Singapore malls have boosted Starhill Global Reit's second-quarter performance.
The real estate investment trust on Tuesday reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.32 Singapore cents for the three months ended Dec 31, 2015. This was up 2.3 per cent from the 1.29 cents paid out a year ago.
