Adventus Holdings puts US$2.2m into JV to build apartment in Vietnam

ADVENTUS Holdings unit ADV S3 has entered into a joint venture agreement with Panthera Company and two of its shareholders to acquire a plot of land at 31B Ngu Hanh Son, in Danang, Vietnam.
The joint venture vehicle, AP NHS, will develop a residential apartment on the 3,825 sq m plot.
ADV S3 has agreed to pay 50.715 billion Vietnamese Dong (S$2.9 million) for a 45 per cent stake in AP NHS.
