INSURER AIA Singapore is exploring the option of also using a financial advisory (FA) channel to sell its products, which are now largely distributed through its agency force.
The group's new regional chief executive Jacky Chan said at a results briefing in Hong Kong on Friday morning that the insurer is aware that the FA channel in Singapore sells a broader range of financial products, including general insurance and others.
