AIA taps humanoids for customer service

AIA is staking a claim to be the first life insurer to tap humanoid robots for roles in customer service.
Yesterday, it marked the opening of its newly-renovated customer service centre at Finlayson Green by putting a robot, Pepper, through its paces.
