Aier Eye to make pre-conditional offer for ISEC Healthcare shares

CATALIST-LISTED ISEC Healthcare said on Monday evening that Aier Eye International has agreed to buy about 186.3 million ISEC Healthcare shares at S$0.36 each in a sale and purchase agreement which, when completed, will trigger a mandatory general offer for the remaining shares at the same price.
ISEC Healthcare announced previously on July 2 that certain shareholders including CEO Wong Jun Shyan were negotiating the sale of some of their shares, and the transaction was likely to lead to an offer for the remaining shares in due course.
