AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit Management has achieved a 10.5 per cent year-on-year rise in distribution to unitholders to $15.6 million for the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, taking full-year distribution to $57.2 million, up 19 per cent.

But distribution per unit (DPU) fell 20.1 per cent to 2.51 cents for the fourth quarter, from 3.14 cents a year ago.

This takes its DPU for the full year to 10.53 cents, 1.8 per cent lower than the previous year's 10.72 cents which included a one-off 0.3 cent from capital gains on an asset sale. There was also an enlarged unit base due to the private placement of 68.75 million units in May 2013 and the issuance of 92.5 million units under a rights issue in March 2014.
