SHAREHOLDERS of Albedo Limited on Wednesday approved the change of its name to China Medical (International) Group Limited to reflect the shift in strategy from primarily a metal trading and distribution business to provider of medical aesthetics and healthcare services.
In a statement to the Singapore Exchange, Catalist-listed Albedo said it has arranged with SGX to change its trading counter name to China Med Intl effective April 25.
