CATALIST-LISTED miner Alliance Mineral Assets, which on Wednesday entered into agreements to raise A$32.5 million (S$30.8 million) via institutional placements, is done with equity fundraising.
The Australia-based producer of lithium and tantalum concentrates saw its minority shareholder Galaxy Resources emerging as its largest equity-holder with an 11.83 per cent stake of the enlarged issued share capital in the latest fundraising exercise while current substantial shareholder Weier Antriebe und Energietechnik upped its stake to 9.08 per cent.
