Amol Gupte appointed Citi country officer for Singapore and head of Asean

AMOL Gupte has been appointed Citi country officer (CCO) for Singapore and head of Asean; he will relocate to Singapore and continue to report to Francisco Aristeguieta and participate in the Asia-Pacific operating committee.
Mr Gupte succeeds Michael Zink, who announced his retirement in February. In his new role, Mr Gupte will oversee all of Citi's businesses and franchise operations in Singapore, and will be responsible for maintaining the bank's regulatory and governance standards. he will also be responsible for the leadership of the Asean cluster.
