Analysts favour developers, warn of Reit downside

They highlight low valuations of developer shares and risks facing real estate investment trusts

NOT all fates are equal in Singapore's bleak real estate market.

A gamut of risks confronting real estate investment trusts (Reits), coupled with low valuations and expectations of developer stocks, are leading brokerages to recommend buying the latter over the former.
