APTT's DPU for Q3 unchanged at 1.625 S cents
ASIAN Pay Television Trust (APTT) posted a distribution per unit of 1.625 Singapore cents for the three months to September, unchanged from a year ago.
Revenue came in 6.5 per cent higher at S$84.5 million from S$79.3 million a year ago.
In constant Taiwan dollars terms, revenue for the quarter was 1.1 per cent higher than the previous corresponding period.
Foreign exchange had contributed to a positive variance of 5.4 per cent for the quarter and 7.6 per cent for the nine-month period from a year ago, said the trust in an announcement.
Equity attributable to unitholders of the trust inched up to S$1.344 billion from S$1.337 billion a year ago.
The focus in 2017 remains on driving growth in cash flows through up-selling and cross-selling of services across TBC's (Taiwan Broadband Communications group) subscriber base, said APTT.
It added that total revenue for the year is expected to be influenced by several factors including continued weakness in the Taiwanese economy and a marginally lower basic cable TV rate.
