Aqua Munda prepared to make offer to Hyflux PnP holders: Sias

POTENTIAL Hyflux investor Aqua Munda is prepared to make an offer to the preference shares and perpetual securities (PnP) holders of Hyflux, the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) or Sias has said.
