UNITHOLDERS of Ara Logos Logistics Trust (ALog Trust) K2LU and ESR-Reit J91U will convene to vote on the proposed merger of the 2 real estate investment trusts (Reits) by way of a trust scheme arrangement on Mar 21, the Reits announced on Friday (Feb 25).
ESR-Reit will go first, holding its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) via electronic means on Mar 21 at 10 am.
