ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust has high hopes of growing its portfolio through asset acquisitions from its new sponsor, Logos, which has about about six million sqm of logistics space in Asia-Pacific, across China, India, Australia, New Zealand and South-east Asia.
Unfortunately, unlike other logistics Reits on the local bourse, its unit price has not quite recovered to what it was before the March sell-off, and there might be a simple reason for that.
