ARA Logos Logistics Trust's distribution per unit (DPU) rose by 35.7 per cent to 1.353 Singapore cents for its first quarter ended March 31, from 0.997 cent in the first quarter of the previous year.
Excluding capital distributions in the quarter and including the S$2.5 million retained distributable income in Q1 2020, the adjusted DPU becomes 1.307 cents, up 6.6 per cent from 1.226 cents in the same period last year.
