Artivision to sell video digital advertising unit for S$50m

CATALIST-LISTED Artivision Technologies said that it has entered into a non-binding agreement to sell Artimedia, its media solutions subsidiary involved in the video digital advertising business, for S$50 million in cash.
The term sheet that it entered into is not legally binding. There will be an exclusivity period of three months for negotiations.
