ASCENDAS Pte Ltd sold a seven-year bond on Monday, the first public Singapore-dollar issue in 2016 offering a safe haven investment amid the turmoil in equity and currency markets.
Orderbooks were in excess of S$300 million, allowing the final price guidance to tighten to 3.5 per cent, tweeted bondsupermart.com, a fixed income portal, early Monday evening.
