Ascendas Hospitality Trust's Q2 DPS flat at 1.38 Singapore cents

ASCENDAS Hospitality Trust (A-H Trust) on Wednesday posted a distribution per stapled security (DPS) of 1.38 Singapore cents for the second quarter, unchanged from the year-ago period.

Distributable income for the three months ended Sept 30, 2016, edged up 0.1 per cent to S$15.5 million, the group said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Wednesday.

Gross revenue expanded 2.5 per cent to S$55.6 million. Net property income increased 7.7 per cent to S$24.3 million.

The trust's properties include Park Hotel Clarke Quay in Singapore and the Courtyard by Marriott Sydney North Ryde in Australia.

A-H Trust units closed S$0.005 or 0.7 per cent lower at S$0.735 on Wednesday.
