ASCOTT Residence Trust (Ascott Reit) has signed a deal to purchase rental housing property Infini Garden in Fukuoka, Japan, for 6.3 billion yen (S$78.4 million).
The 389-unit property was acquired from The Ascott Limited and ArcResidential Japan Investments.
