ASCOTT Residence Trust (Ascott Reit) posted an 8 per cent rise in its second-quarter distribution per unit (DPU) on the back of a robust portfolio performance, lower finance costs and a one-off realised exchange gain.
DPU for the three months ended June 30 was 1.98 Singapore cents, up from 1.84 cents from the year-ago period, according to first-half financial results released by the hospitality trust on Tuesday.
