Ascott Residence Trust's DPU for Q2 up 3%

ASCOTT Residence Trust on Wednesday posted a 3 per cent rise in distribution per unit (DPU) in the second quarter from a year ago.
DPU for the three months ended June 30 stood at 2.16 Singapore cents - adjusted for an equity placement - compared with 2.09 Singapore cents previously.
Unitholders' distribution was up 9 per cent to S$35 million, on higher gross profit.
